Seem to activate well. Definitely no issues
Will use as needed for additional adhesion while intermixing brands.

Base activator
This stuff is a must-have. I never like the idea of spraying base with no activator and the one PPG recommends makes the base hard but it takes forever to dry. This procuct is perfect for giving your basecoat some ba**s and making two-tone jobs ten times easier.

Wont shoot base without it
Works great when doing custom paint it cut the dry time in half for the base coats before being able to lay tape down
