We use 100% virgin solvents.Use at 80+°FThis product can be used in virtually all brands of primers, topcoats, and clears. SpeedoKote's Urethane Grade Reducers are suitable for overall, or spot/panel refinishing and assist in producing brilliant gloss and superior leveling.
